As you can see we have stared the welding on this beetle and having being previously being restored by us in the mid nineties all the main front and rear quarter panels, heater channels ,doors are rust free. Both floor pans were in good condition however we deceided to replace them.Also we added to outer undersills and an extra battery tray. We replaced the outer front chassis framehead panel.Also replaced were the front spare wheel well panel and front apron. The roof gutters are still in good condition needing minor attention. Next you see the underside being bodysealed. Next stage of this beetle will be the bodywork so watch this space.
