As you can see we have started the welding on this beetle. The drivers floor and heater channel are removed and the new floor and channel are aligned and welded. Next the door pillar is removed and the replacement is aligned and fitted. Next as you can see thre rear quarter panel is removed and the replacement one is aligned and fitted. Also you can see the inner wheel arch and around this area needs fabrication. Keep watching and you will see the progress as we work away.

As you can see he welding is going well on this car . The passenger side floor,heater channel, pillar and rear quarter panel are aligned and welded in. Also the inner rear sections have been fabricated and welded in. You will notice that the rear sections of the roof gutters have been fabricated and welded. You can also see the rear vented sections on the rear quarter panels have sections welded in to ensure that this beetle wont need complete rear quarter panels ever again. This rear section air vent is the main cause of the deterioration of rear quarter panels on most beetles. On the undersills ,heater channels you will notice we always double up on the outer sills on all cars. These are added in to give the vehicle extra strenght in the event of front rear or side impact. Keep watching to see the progress on this beetle.

As you can see we are making good progress on this beetle. The rear apron has been fitted. Also the bad sections on the roof have been removed and new sections have been welded in . The front end has been removed to make way for two new front quarter panels, a new spare wheel well and a new front apron.

Here you can see the front quarter panels,front spare wheel well and front apron have been fitted to this beetle. The welding is near to complete and this beetle will be soon ready for some bodywork.

As you can see the welding is now complete on this beetle. The front has been fitted and the underside has been sealed. Next you will see the bodywork in progess.

Here you can see the bodywork is going well on this beetle. It wont be too long before we will see this beetle in its full primer and awaiting its paintwork
